Ranjit Narayanan, Global Head of Recruitment at Anglo-Eastern Ship Management, visited the DESE Turkey office to conduct a crewing audit together with the DESE Turkey team. The visit reaffirmed Anglo-Eastern's recognition of DESE's high standards, noting that the discipline and professionalism maintained in the office are as robust as those displayed by seafarers on board.

As one of the world's largest ship managers, with nearly 650 vessels under technical management—including bulk carriers, chemical tankers, container ships, and VLGCs—Anglo-Eastern is actively exploring the employment of Turkish officers across their fleet. The visit also included productive discussions on the local manning market, highlighting potential collaborations in recruiting Turkish maritime professionals.

Additionally, Anglo-Eastern expressed interest in providing comprehensive ship management services to Turkish shipowners, including technical and crewing solutions. As Turkey's leading crew manning company, DESE is well-positioned to support these efforts by sourcing top-quality officers in the coming months.
