DESE Crew Management’s General Manager, Cagatay Isbilen, recently on June,2024 participated as an online speaker at the "Intercultural Communication and Development Strategies" panel organized by Odessa National Maritime University. During the session, İşbilen provided valuable insights into the integration of Ukrainian seafarers within the DESE fleet, highlighting the strong bonds and harmonious working relationships that have developed between Ukrainian crew members and seafarers from other nationalities. He emphasized the importance of intercultural communication in fostering unity and operational efficiency across DESE’s diverse fleet.
